The information we request from you

Personal data: Each visitor may tour the electronic shop www.flowerdesign.gr without giving any personal information. We will need personal data (your e-mail, a user name and password) only once you become a member and proceed to the ordering of products.
Information pertaining to the purchase of products: The information required for each transaction is your full name, a landline telephone number, address (street, city, postcode), shipping address of the order and the type of voucher (receipt, invoice). We also ask certain voluntary information such as mobile telephone number (in the event we need to immediately contact you), fax number and occupation.
Voucher data: In case we issue an invoice we need the name of your company, the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and the business address.
